Terms and Conditions
By submitting an order form through Kiri PH Splits, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions.Cancellation of orders for whatever reason is strictly prohibited.Late payments will be charged a penalty fee of ₱5.00 per day for a maximum of 60 days.Penalties:
6 minor offenses = 1 major offense
1 major offense = Banned/Blocked from shopMinor offense:
-Late payment (counting will reset after 3 consecutive payments made on time)Major offense:
-Order Cancellation (unless offered)
-COMPLETELY unresponsive (for 30 days)
-Bogus buyer/joy reserver
-Unpaid order/balance past 60 days from the DOPBanned/Blocked = NO REFUND
You will receive a final DM/Email regarding the ban.For Pasabuy/Pabili/Box Sharing, Kiri PH Splits will NOT be held accountable for any issues encountered with the seller should any arise (i.e. scam, defective product, etc.)For GOs and splits hosted by Kiri PH Splits: IF the box incurs any custom fees/charges you will be notified and ONLY THEN will order cancellations be offered. For Pasabuy/Pabili, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will cancellations be accepted.

Merchandise sold as set are split to multiple buyers. Orders are subject to change depending on the success of the splits and availability of items.Where are you based?
Kiri PH Splits is based in Davao City, Davao del Sur but is currently in the process of moving. Temporarily there is a secondary address in Makilala, North Cotabato.Do you accept downpayment?
Yes, 50% downpayment is accepted. Remaining balance will be paid upon arrival of items to my address and before shipment to yours.What are your modes of payment?
